Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.
Ship the Items
Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the product shows no signs of outdoor wear.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
